Historic Facade Elegance
1721 Twentieth started as a pair of 2-story rowhouses built in 1879 by W.W. Sinclair. Originally residential rowhouses, the property may have served a commercial purpose in the early 1900s. The design for 1721 Twentieth called for an elegant transition from the historic fabric to the new construction using plane, materials and detailing so that the original form of the historic houses and Luxury Condominium remains legible.
